It has been three weeks since that interaction and nothing has changed. Mischief got back to me and stated their apologies and that they will rephrase the language going forward. On Twitter, I DM’d whoever is the social media manager, and expressed why it is not okay to use the term “spirit animal”. However, I take a lot of issue with the use of “spirit animal” during the quick fire question round. As someone who is a huge fan of Mischief, it was really exciting to see that they were diving deep into members of the company and giving some joy during these times.
